Mr. Rinker is a partner at the New York office of Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP, where he focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, media & communications, and technology and intellectual property.

He earned his B.A. from Tufts University and his J.D. from Georgetown University.

Central Park Place, which was built in 1988, has 296 units on 56 floors. It’s the 64th tallest building in New York City.

There were 234 condo sales in Clinton/Hell"s Kitchen in 2008, with median sales price of $887,550.
