Colette Arredondo sold a condo at 249 E. 48th St. in Midtown East/Turtle Bay to Maria Helena Taiman for $750,000 on Feb. 13.

Arredondo paid $777,000 Unit #16E in June 2007. There are 160 units in the 21-story building, which dates back to 1957.

Arredondo is an architect at Allan Greenberg, Architect, LLC, a planning and design firm that has offices in New York, Washington, D.C., and Greenwich, Conn.

She graduated from Notre Dame’s School of Classical Architecture with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. She also studied architecture in Rome, where she has been involved in an urban renewal competition for the San Lorenzo quarter in the city.

There were 446 condo sales in Midtown East/Turtle Bay in 2008, with a median price of $777,500.
