Todd Waterbury bought the one-bedroom, one-bath condo Unit #9B at 911 Seventh Ave. in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen from Walter D. McCullough for $1.375 million on Feb. 24.

Mr. Waterbury has served as a co-executive creative director of the New York office of Wieden & Kennedy, a global advertising agency with clients such as Nike and ESPN.

The condo development at 911 Seventh Ave. is in Alwyn Court Apartments, located at the corner of West 58th St. and Seventh Ave.

There were 298 condo sales in the Clinton/Hell"s Kitchen in 2008, with median price of $899,000.
