Search firm founder spends $1.14M at Plaza 400

Sharon Rubin bought a condo at 1006 First Ave. in Midtown East/Turtle Bay from Robert G. Wilson and Anne Wilson for $1.14 million on March 11.

Unit#5H is one of 629 in the Plaza 400, built in 1969.

Rubin is the founding president of Sagamore, NA, a boutique retained executive search firm in New York. She's also worked with Raines International, Consultant Track and HigdonPrince.

She graduated from Union College with a bachelor's in psychology.

There were 343 condo sales in Midtown East/Turtle Bay in 2008, with a median sales price of $770,000.
