Eugene Schneur and Anna Schneur bought a condo at 400 E. 54th St. in Midtown East for $950,000 on May 11.

Unit #25E is in The Revere, a mixed residential-commercial building located at the southeast corner of First Avenue.

Mr. Schneur is the co-founder and co-managing director of Omni New York LLC, which is engaged in the acquisition and rehabilitation of properties.

Before he joined Omni, he was a mergers and acquisitions attorney with Olshan Grundman Frome Rosenzweig & Wolosky LLP, also in New York.

He received a bachelor’s in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and obtained his law degree from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law.

Ms. Schneur works as a nutritionist with Outstanding You, an image consultancy. She is also a staff nutritionist at Equinox Fitness Clubs.

She holds a master’s in clinical nutrition from New York University.

The Revere, which was built in 1972 and converted to a condominium in 1987, has 2287 units on 31 floors.

There were 240 home sales in Midtown East/Turtle Bay in 2008, with median sales price of $755,000.
