Mr. Reichling has served as vice president of brand development at The Margarita King and Wine and Spirits Consultant.

The Piano Factory, which was built in 1888 as a piano factory and converted to a cooperative in 1980, has 49 units on seven floors.

There were 182 condo sales in Clinton/Hell"s Kitchen in 2008, with median sales price of $870,000.
