MSNBC anchor Keith Olbermann bought a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 200 E. 69th St. in Lenox Hill from Anuradha Khilnani for $810,000 on May 28.
Khilnani bought the 685-square-foot Unit #7G for $845,000 in July 2006. The unit is in the Trump Palace, a condominium tower located between Third and Second Avenues.
Olbermann, 50, is a news anchor, sportscaster, writer and political commentator best known as the host of MSNBC's nightly political fixture "Countdown with Keith Olbermann." He's hosted the show since 2003 after previously working as a CNN correspondent and with Fox Sports from 1998 to 2001. Prior to joining Fox Sports he hosted the "The Big Show With Keith Olbermann" on MSNBC in 1997-98.
Prior to joining MSNBC, Olbermann spent five years as an anchor on the ESPN flagship show "Sportscenter." He was a sports correspondent with CNN before joining ESPN.
He worked in both Los Angeles and Boston as a local news anchor before his days with CNN. He earned his bachelor's in communication arts from Cornell (1979).
Trump Palace, which was built in 1991, has 277 units on 57 floors.
There were 247 condo sales in Lenox Hill in 2008, with median sales price of $1.065 million.
