Construction exec sells on Upper East Side for $1.825M

Hal Sokoloff and Marla Sokoloff sold condo Unit #8B at 188 E. 76th St. on the Upper East Side to Hardin Enterprises Inc. for $1.825 million on July 24.

The Sokoloffs acquired the property for $1.8875 million in June 2005. The condo is in The Siena, a condominium high-rise built in 1996 that houses 73 units on 31 floors.

Mr. Solokoff has served as the president of H&L Electric, Inc., a construction company located in Long Island.

There were 175 condo sales on the Upper East Side in 2008, with a median price of $955,000.
