D.C. lawyer deals Wall Street condo

Joshua Holzer and Lianne Holzer sold the three-bedroom, two-bath condo Unit #21A at 53 Liberty St. in Wall Street to Michelle Evans for $837,000 on Oct. 5.

Mr. Holzer has been an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Washington, D.C. His practice focuses on government investigations and enforcement actions.

Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, she served as a senior special agent and special assistant to the assistant secretary for Export Enforcement at the United States Department of Commerce. He also worked as a special agent at the United States Department of Justice.

Ms. Holzer has worked as a executive recruiter at Rurak & Associates.

There are 87 units in the 33-story building at 53 Liberty St., which is also known as Liberty Tower. It was constructed in 1961.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35 condo sales in Wall Street during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.05 million.
