Dr. E. Darracott Vaughan and Anne L. Vaughan sold the three-bedroom, two-bath condo Unit #6A at 1165 Park Ave. in Carnegie Hill to Clifford J. and Susan V. Mcfee-Ensley for $2.95 million on Oct. 13.

There are 16 units in the building, which dates back to 1925.

Dr. Vaughan is the chairman emeritus of the Department of Urology and the James J. Colt Professor of Urology at the Joan and Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He is also president emeritus of the American Foundation for Urologic Disease.

He also serves as the chief medical officer of the Physician Organization at Weill Medical College of Cornell University and formerly served as the senior associate dean for clinical affairs.

He earned his bachelor's degree from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Va. and his M.D. from the University of Virginia.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 73 condo sales during the past 12 months in Carnegie Hills, with a median sales price of $1.1875 million.
