Alexis P. Malozemoff and Wiera Malozemoff bought the one-bedroom, one-bath condo Unit #6B at 311 Greenwich St. in Tribeca from Susan May for $767,000 on Oct. 13.

Dr. Malozemoff has served as the chief technical officer with the American Superconductor Corp., and in a number of positions with IBM Research in New York. He received his Ph.D. in materials science engineering from Stanford University and his B.A. in chemistry and physics from Harvard University.

There are 79 units in the 10-story mid-rise building at 311 Greenwich St., which is also known as the Reade House. It was constructed in 1988.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 69 condo sales in Tribeca during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $2 million.
