OppenheimerFunds pro, psychologist snap up Lincoln Square condo

Samuel Groban and Dr. Erika Groban bought condo Unit #2A at 180 W. End Ave. in Lincoln Square from Herbert and Anna Bernstein for $725,000 on Oct. 7.

Lincoln Towers, the development at 180 W. End Ave., was built in 1965 and has 29 stories.

Mr. Groban is the product manager at OppenheimerFunds. He previously served as a portfolio manager at Bear Stearns Asset Management. He also was a junior portfolio manager at AllianceBernstein and a mutual fund accountant at Rydex Investments.

He holds a B.A. degree from University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the Fordham University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Dr. Erika Groban is a psychologist at Behavioral Associates & New Alternatives for Children in New York. She is a post-doctoral fellow of psychology interns and externs at Child Guidance Center of Southern Connecticut Inc.

She holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Yeshiva University (2008).

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 250 condo sales in Lincoln Square during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.127 million.
