Dr. Heidi A. Waldorf and Sandra Wage Bisset bought condo unit #23A at 419 E. 58th St. in Midtown East/Turtle Bay from Sneha Mehta and Punit Mehta for $2.25 million on Oct. 23.

The Snehtas paid $1.93 million for the property in Feb. 2006.

Dr. Waldorf is a clinical dermatologist and the director of laser and cosmetic dermatology at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. She's also an associate clinical professor in the department of dermatology at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

She graduated from Harvard University and received her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She completed her internship training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and her residency in the department of dermatology at Harvard University School of Medicine.

The 47-story development at 419 E. 58th St. was built in 1975.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 185 condo sales in Midtown/East Turtle Bay during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $743,249.
