Kerianne Flynn bought condo Unit #5C at 161 Hudson St. in Tribeca from Patrick Cauley and Patricia Evers Cauley for $2.065 million on Oct. 23.
The development at 161 Hudson St. was built in 1930 and has nine stories.
Ms. Flynn is a human resources professional in the fashion and beauty industry in New York. She has worked for French Connection, bebe, and divisions of The Limited, including Limited Design and Victoria's Secret Beauty.
She holds a business degree from North Adams College.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 65 condo sales in Tribeca during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $2 million.
