Dr. Mark Abramowicz sold the one-bedroom, one-bath Unit #12 at 253 W. 73rd St. on the Upper West Side to Robin B. Lerner for $800,000 on Oct. 29.

The 19-story Level Club condominium was built in 1926 and offers 159 units.

Dr. Abramowicz is a pediatrician in Larchmont. In addition to that, he has served as an editor of The Medical Letter, a monthly medical newsletter for doctors.

He received his M.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and completed his internship and residency in pediatrics at Boston City Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 408 condo sales on the Upper West Side during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $795,000.
