Dr. Sonia Jauhar and Dr. Sandeep Jauhar sold condo Unit #3D at 545 Cathedral Pkwy. in Morningside Heights to Madho and Usha Sharma for $1.3 million on Oct. 27.

The Jauhars paid $1.242 million for the condo in Oct. 2006.

Dr. Sonia Jauhar is an internist at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital Center Department of Neurosurgery in New York.

She earned her M.D. from the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences and completed her residency in internal medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital.

Dr. Sandeep Jauhar is director of the heart failure program at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He has a B.A. and a Ph.D. in physics from University of California-Berkeley, and earned his M.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 19 condo sales in Morningside Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $600,000.
