Voravut Ord Sarabanchong and Nuntiya Kakanantadilok bought a condo at 507 E. 80th St. in Yorkville from Arthur and Stacie Paterson for $1.05 million on Oct. 28.

The Patersons paid $1.1 million for Unit #8F in March 2006.

Dr. Sarabanchong is an assistant professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Science at Mount Sinai Medical Center.

He earned his medical degree from Cornell University School of Medicine and completed his residencies at Mount Sinai Hospital and at the Pennsylvania Hospital.

Dr. Kakanantadilok is the program director at the pediatric dentistry residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York.

She earned her bachelor's degree in biology from Washington University in St. Louis, her dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania-School of Dental Medicine and her certificate in pediatric dentistry from Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 204 condo sales in Yorkville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $613,750.
