Credit Suisse exec spends $1.3M in Tribeca

Vilas Kuchinad and Allison Tierney bought condo Unit #2 at 465 Greenwich St. in Tribeca from Lisa Fox for $1.3 million on Nov. 23.
The condo unit is part of the 465 Greenwich Street development, which was built in 1910 and houses 38 units in six stories.
Kuchinad is vice president of life finance group at Credit Suisse in New York. He's also worked with Toll Brothers City Living and NVR Inc. He attended Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 77 condo sales in Tribeca during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1,937,500.
