Joshua Hadar bought a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 345 Greenwich St. in Tribeca from Barbara Fishel for $3.725 million on Dec. 29.

The penthouse unit is one of six on 10 floors at 345 Greenwich St.

Mr. Hadar is an artist, a metal sculptor and welder with his own studio, Hadar Metal Design, in SoHo. He's also worked as a documentary filmmaker and earned his degree in film and broadcasting from Boston University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 77 condo sales in Tribeca in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1,937,500.
