Catherine Malfitano and her husband, Stephen, sold the three-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo Unit #4D at 79 Laight St. in Tribeca to Amber Roberts for $2.6 million on Jan. 21.

The condo is in the The Sugar Warehouse which includes 33 units on ten floors.

Ms. Malfitano is an operatic soprano and a music theater performer. She is also an actor, director and teacher, who serves as a voice faculty at Manhattan School of Music.

Her directing credits on new productions include La Voix Humaine, The Saint of Bleecker Street, Rigoletto, Don Giovanni and Lucia di Lammermoor.

She graduated from at the Frank Corsaro Studio and the Manhattan School of Music in 1971.

Mr. Holowid is an actor, singer and musician and works as an opera administrator for the New York City Opera.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 91 condo sales in Tribeca during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1,787,500.
