Saskia Fontein sold a condo at 305 E. Fourth St. in the East Village to Weichert Relocation Resources Inc. for $720,000 on Feb. 3.

Ms. Fontein paid $730,000 in June 2007 for the 928-square-foot Unit #2, which is in the 305 E. Fourth St. condo development.

Fontein is head of commercial strategy, including global product strategy for new and marketed products and commercial portfolio management at ViiV Healthcare, a specialized HIV company committed to improving access to HIV treatments and focused on bringing together the strengths of GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer, two world leaders in HIV.

She received her BS in Human Sciences from Loughborough University.

The development at 305 E. Fourth St. has five units and five stories.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 51 condo sales in East Village in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $875,000.
