Cartoon Network exec snags 4BD condo for $1.33M

Adina Tartak Pitt and Michael A. Pitt bought a four-bedroom, three-bath condo at 178 E. 80th St. in the Upper East Side from David Eliezer for $1.33 million on June 1.

Mr. Eliezer bought the 1,600-square-foot Unit #2AB for $1.45 million in May 2007. It is part of The Kenilworth, which was built in 1973 and has 148 units on 25 floors.

Ms. Pitt is vice president for content acquisitions and co-production at Cartoon Network & Boomerang. She joined Cartoon Network in 2008.

She previously was vice president of acquisitions at Nickelodeon, which she first joined in 1988 as acquisitions coordinator. She started her career with HBO in 1994 as an assistant.

She received her B.A. in elementary education and theater arts from Brandeis University in 1982 and her M.A. in educational communication and technology from New York University in 1994.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 312 condo sales on the Upper East Side during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $845,000.
