The condo, Unit #19F, was built in 1987 and is part of The Monarch condominium development.

Mr. Fumarelli is a business advisor and certified executive coach at Fumarelli Associates. He previously was president at Holly Hunt. Prior to that, he served as chief operating officer at Watermark Paddlesports/Yakima Products, senior vice president of finance & operations at Chanel and international controller at Kidder Peabody. He also served as second vice president at Chase Manhattan Bank, senior financial analyst at Exxon and senior accountant at Price Waterhouse.

He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Manhattan College and his M.B.A. in international finance from The Wharton School-University of Pennsylvania. He also attended Harvard Business School and the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 300 condo sales in Yorkville during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $634,000.
