Bradley Amoils and Nisa C. Amoils bought a condo at 21 E. 96th St. in East Harlem from Joseph E. Reece for $7,083,950 on June 10.

The Reeces paid $4,925,000 for the property in April 2007. The condo, Unit #8, is part of the nine units at 21 E. 96th St., a development that was built in 1905.

Mr. Amoils is a co-portfolio manager for Axiom International Investors, LLC, a hedge fund sponsor, based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Before he joined the firm in 2002, he was the global growth equity portfolio manager at American Century Investment Management, Inc.

Ms. Amoils is a lawyer who has practiced in New York for 15 years. She is also an entertainment marketing specialist at the Insight & Ideas Unlimited, Inc.

She graduated from the University Of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Reece is managing director in the Investment Banking division, as well as head of the Global Industrial group and member of the Investment Banking Operating committee of Credit Suisse, based in New York.

He graduated from the University of Akron and the Georgetown University Law Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been no condo sales in East Harlem during the past 12 months.
