The seven-story building was built in 1940 and houses 22 units.

Cara Berler has worked as an executive manager at shoe/garment retailer Geox. She previously held management positions at Bruno Magli, Tod's and Barney's New York.

He attended the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Condo sales at 333 W. 57th St. dropped 33 percent last year, from nine sold in 2006 to six in 2007. The median sales price rose 39 percent, from $530,000 to $738,750.

Condo sales in Clinton/Midtown West/Hell's Kitchen increased 267 percent in 2006-2007. The median sales price rose 80 percent, from $536,000 to $965,000.
