Fordham grad drops $1.1M in St. James Tower

Manolet Dayrit bought a condo in the St. James Tower at 415 E. 54th St. in Midtown East/Turtle Bay from Abby Appleseed Corp., for $1.1 million on Nov. 24.

The 32-story building was built in 1983. Unit #10F is one of its 106 apartments.

Dayrit is a partner at the New York office of KPMG, LLP, a U.S. limited liability partnership and a member firm of the KPMG network of independent member firms affiliated with KPMG International. He is a graduate of Fordham University's Graduate School of Business Administration.

There have been 954 condo sales in Midtown East/Turtle Bay in 2008, with a median sales price of $700,000.
