Judith Fehlig sold condo Unit#7B at 430 E. 57th St. in Midtown East/Turtle Bay to Dennis B. Freedman for $1.15 million on Sept. 24.

The 60-unit, 15-floor condo was built in 1926.

Ms. Fehlig is a senior asset manager and investment specialist and president of Fehlig Advisors based in New York City. She offers investment counsel in the areas of corporate finance, asset allocation, portfolio compilation and estate and family planning.

She's also worked for Smith Barney, Bear Stearns and CIBC Oppenheimer. She graduated from Virginia Marymount College.

There have been 954 condo sales in Midtown East/Turtle Bay in 2008, with a median sales price of $700,000.
