Avitation exec deals in Hell's Kitchen

Antonio Ignoffo sold condo Unit #9N at 1381 Sixth Ave. in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen to John Ricotta, Jr., and Craig T. Hempstead for $935,000 on Oct. 29.

Ignoffo paid $800,000 for the property in Feb. 2007. The 21-story condominium building was built in 1962.

Ignoffo serves as president and general manager of Aviojet Corp., a company that provides spare parts and maintenance services to international aerospace markets. Aviojet Corp., is headquartered in Upper Saddle River, N.J. and is supported by nine sales centers worldwide.

Ignoffo has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry. He has previously spent 10 years working as a purchasing director for Fiat and Aeritalia.

There have been 651 condo sales in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen in 2008, with a median price of $835,000.
