Yoga teacher scores Gramercy Park condo

Daphne Nash bought condo Unit #H at 4 Lexington Ave. in Gramercy Park from Walter Hodge and Bridget Hodge for $725,000 on Nov. 12.
The 15-story development was built in 1931.
Ms. Nash is a yoga teacher at Karma Kids Yoga, a studio in New York that encourages early practice of yoga. She also teaches special education at the Herschel School in New York City.
She received her B.S. in child and family studies from Syracuse.
There have been 341 condo sales in Gramercy Park in 2008, with a median price of $670,000.
