Dr. Seecharran is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology and echocardiography, and sees patients at Middletown Medical in Middletown. He is also an attending physician at Horton Medical Center in Middleton, Arden Hill Hospital in Goshen and Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla.

He received his M.D. from the United Medical and Dental Schools of Guy's and St. Thomas's Hospitals in London. He completed his internship and residency in England and subsequently served as resident of internal medicine and as fellow of cardiology at University of Connecticut School of Medicine.

There were 651 condo sales in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen in 2008, with a median price of $835,000.
