Farid A. Naib sold the one-bedroom, two-bath condo Unit #32A at 301 W. 57th St. in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen to Pepian Real Estate, LLC, for $1.785 million on Jan. 16.

The condo is in Central Park Place, a condominium high-rise built in 1987 which houses 296 units in 55 floors.

Naib has been the chief executive officer of FNX Capital Markets Solutions, which offers technology solutions to financial institutions. He has also served as a chief executive officer at Document Depository Corp., and lecturer at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

There were 647 condo sales in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen in 2008, with a median price of $835,000.
